Excellent Service

I ordered a pair of girls MB Pickled Pink boots for a holiday present. I waited too long last year and they were sold out. This pattern has been the favorite of my granddaughter for years, having had a pair with this pattern in the past. She is a solid rodeo kid so she wears them tough. Lazy B Western Wear & Tack were "on it" when I contacted them that the boots had not been received, coming straight from the distributor. While I was on the phone they found the boots were in stock at the distributor and contacted them immediately to rectify the situation.
